Sex & Men

This section is derived from tips and suggestions; the information given is to provide you with ideas to keep sex safe and fun.

Anal Sex

Anal sex can be fun, messy or just down-right dirty; here are some helpful tips on having some clean, fun and safe sex.

1) Plan ahead! If you feel like you may engage in some anal fun, make sure to use the restroom and cleanse the anal area before hand.

2) Some guys use a douche for added cleanliness, but the chemicals in the solution can degrade the lining of your rectum, which can increase your risk for HIV infection. If you feel like you have to consider using water since it will do the least amount of damage.

When engaging in anal sex:

Relax! You have to keep your ass muscles relaxed or else it may be painful for you or your partner.

The right lube is key! Try out different types to find one you like. Use water based or silicone lube as they will not degrade the latex condom.

Use latex condoms as they offer the best protection from HIV and STD's.

Some guys like to get fingered before being penetrated. Some massaging of the ass hole can be helpful.

Oral Sex

Sucking Dick or getting head sounds easy, but we here might be some common stuff everyone should know.

Make sure not to eat spicy or rough foods before you go down. Foods like chips and salsa can cause irritation in your mouth making it easier for you to get a STD or HIV.

You should wait at least two hours after brushing or flossing your teeth before giving head as this may leave microscopic tears in the gum tissue of your mouth which can increase your risk for STDs and HIV.

Using a dry flavored latex condom can give added protection against STDs and HIV.

Just because you are using your mouth doesn't mean you can't use anything else. Stroking the penis shaft with your hand will add extra sensation.

If you are sucked without a condom, let your partner know when you are about to cum. Many guys don't like the taste and increase the risk for getting a STD or HIV.
